In 2007, America Asia Business Tour Group- Boston (AABT) was formed. It is a subsidiary of PattyC Property Group founded by Ms. Patty Chen.

In February 2009, AABT invited a Chinese travel delegation to Boston for investment. Its member included Chinese tycoon Mr.Yan Jiehe (严介和) who is the head of privately held China Pacific Construction Group. Mr.Yan was one of China's 100 wealthiest individuals. His flagship company has been reported to be the largest private employer in the country, with 100,000 workers.
